- You have not downloaded or accessed more than 25% of the course materials

3.2 Course Completion
Once you have completed more than 25% of a course or program, you are not eligible for a refund unless exceptional circumstances apply (see Section 4).
3.3 Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are only available for the current billing period if cancelled within 7 days of the billing date
- No refunds are provided for previous billing periods
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

- Medical Emergency: Serious illness or medical condition preventing you from using our services
- Technical Issues: Persistent technical problems on our end that prevent you from accessing our services

- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts

- Completed courses or programs (more than 25% completion)
- One-on-one tutoring sessions that have already been conducted
- Downloaded course materials or resources
- Certificates of completion

6. How to Request a Refund

8.2 Cancellation by Us
If we need to cancel a session or course due to circumstances beyond our control:

- You will receive a full refund or credit for the cancelled session

9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider before contacting us, we reserve the right to:
